A fire is a real disaster, it can ruin houses and peoples lives but I would set my flat on fire by myself if I knew that Alicia Williams would come to the rescue. @chloevr01 For RJVR we are now getting master files that we encode all the downloadable formats from. For most studios we get their largest download format and encode the rest from that, so getting the master files means higher image quality overall.
Different sites have different definitions of the "K" resolutions, and unfortunately in this case the files we get from them are just on the cusp between what we call 6K and 7K. So the poster image that comes from the original site, says "7K", but the largest format we have for download is 3456p ("true 6K" but on the higher end of what most sites call "6K" for VR).

It is mentioned that the video is 7K but in the download section it's 6K. The downloaded file also is lower from the one that is offered from the original site.
