Just imagine the situation. It's your birthday and there is nobody at home but you. You enter the living room and notice a giant box in the center of it. @Staff_Trevor This makes a LOT of sense! I am referring to POVR. So, obviously, the producer is encoding their 7K videos wrong, and the reason why the other videos work is that they are encoded by POVR. All of POVRs videos have worked for me (Hive Pro 2/RTX 3080), and it seems to only be other studios that are having the problems.

Not sure if you're referring to their site, or POVR. On POVR the highest format will be direct from the producer, and all smaller formats would be encoded by us.
