My stunning assistant, Hime Marie, does a great job searching for the best, the most talented cuties, like Ruby Moon, who can become adult stars in the future. She organizes interviews and even gathers preliminary information. She makes cuties show their bodies and skills on camera to estimate their readiness for more passionate games and more twisted positions. Only after that, do I come onto the stage to make my final decision.
