I noticed this too. The scale seemed good, my eyes were just too low during the BJ and cowgirl portions. I felt like the camera was at the base of my neck instead of where my face would be. Missionary looked a lot better for positioning. I only skimmed so far, but I might come back to it.

This particular director uses absolutely no tilt on the camera for the cowgirl position. The camera sensor plane is perpendicular to the floor.
Most directors tilt the camera back 10-15 degrees. Even more for lean in/closeup cowgirl.
The camera also seems to be placed a hair too close to the dude’s junk.
Other positions look OK. But the cowgirl definitely needs tweaking.
